The NF-308 Wire Locator is a professional general purpose cable locator. It is ideal for tracing cables in walls and underground, locating fuses / breakers in final circuits, and locating interruptions and shorts in cables and electrical underfloor heating systems. It can also be used to trace metal and heating water pipes. The unit is supplied as a complete kit consisting of a transmitter and receiver in a purpose-made carrying case. The receiver also incorporates a torch function for working in dimly lit locations

  • Direct hunting 5E, 6E, telephone cable, coaxial cable, USB cable and other cables. 
  • Hub blink to locate network port by flashing port light on hub / switch.
  • Check the wiring error in 5E, 6E, coaxial cable, such as open circuit, short circuit, jumper wire, reverse connection.
  • Locate the wiring or connection error.
  • Measure the cable length to 3,280.8 ft and locate the break point.
